Owner Kiara Scher moved to Wyckoff just one year ago with her husband Harris and their two young children. She felt an immediate desire to plant roots and bring something meaningful to her new community. With nearly two decades of experience as a PR and Marketing Executive in New York City—working with leading brands across beauty, fitness, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle—Kiara knew she wanted to merge her professional expertise with her lifelong passion for fitness, mindfulness, and holistic living. The result is Wyld + Well, Wyckoff's newest boutique yoga, Pilates, and infrared sauna studio.
The Location
Wyld + Well sits above SuperJuice in the Wyckoff Shopping Center, a location Kiara selected with intention. SuperJuice, owned by female founder Keri Elkin, has become known for its commitment to wellness, clean living, and community-centered practices. "I knew that building above SuperJuice was the perfect synergy," Kiara explains. "The space already aligned so closely with the values I wanted Wyld + Well to embody—holistic wellness, community, and supporting women-led businesses."
The studio's neighbors include Scout & Rebel, a women's lifestyle and fashion pop-up shop led by co-founders Jamie Taylor Chudnoff and Lauren Kanter. Together, these three female-driven businesses create a modern, wellness-forward hub where movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle seamlessly meet.
About Kiara
Kiara is certified in Baptiste Power Yoga and is planning to complete more Vinyasa and Prenatal trainings this year. "Wellness has always been my grounding force," she says. "Wyld + Well brings everything I love—movement, community, and brand experience—under one roof."
Wyld + Well is also very much a family project. Kiara's husband, Harris Scher, is both her business partner and acted as General Contractor who built the entire studio from the ground up. Together, they balanced entrepreneurship with raising their two young children—a lively two-year-old daughter and a nine-month-old son. "It's been an incredibly meaningful journey," Kiara shares. "Creating this space while raising our kids has deepened my passion for creating a supportive, restorative place for others."
Classes & Services
The studio offers a range of thoughtfully curated classes including Wyld Signature Vinyasa, Power Flow, Yin and Restorative, and dynamic Pilates & Sculpt sessions as well as Mommy + Me and Toddler/Kiddie-focused Yoga. There will also be Reiki and Sound Healing workshops. Clients can also enjoy infrared sauna and red light therapy, designed to support detoxification, recovery, and relaxation. The space itself reflects Kiara's eye for elevated design: modern, minimalist, warm, and intentionally calming—bringing the aesthetic and experience of a top NYC boutique studio right into the heart of Wyckoff.
A Community Sanctuary
More than a fitness studio, Kiara sees Wyld + Well as a community sanctuary. "We moved to Wyckoff because we wanted connection and a sense of home," she says. "Wyld + Well is my way of giving back, creating a place where people can feel supported, inspired, and part of something." Wyld + Well is now open and welcoming new members who want to build strength, find balance, or simply take a mindful pause in their day.
