People always ask how Climate Plus got started. Some might trace the roots back to 1991 when I first entered the HVAC world, learning the ropes and putting in the work day after day. But if I'm being honest, this business didn't truly start until 2005.

Back then, I was working long, exhausting hours for someone else, pouring my energy into jobs, solving problems, showing up early, staying late, and getting very little recognition in return. I'd come home to our little two-bedroom apartment completely drained. And Tiffany, my wife and partner, saw all of it. She saw the wear and tear it was taking on me.

One night, she looked at me and said something that changed everything: "You're better than this. Maybe you should just quit and go out on your own. I'll help you build it." It wasn't a grand plan or a big business strategy. It was just two people deciding to bet on themselves. So we did.

Together, we built Climate Plus from the ground up. No handouts, no shortcuts, just hard work, long nights, and a whole lot of belief in what we could create. I had the skills and the vision. She had the fire and the push I needed at exactly the right time.

Tiffany's always been honest, and she'll tell you herself she doesn't know about everything else, but she knows I'm a great dad and a great businessman. I'll take that. Because this business isn't just about HVAC. It's about purpose, family, and showing up for the people who count on you.

• When the systems we install are maintained and operated correctly, then we can guarantee they will perform properly. You will have a maintained temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees throughout your home under regular conditions. For a period of five years, if you experience variances greater than 3 degrees, we will repair, replace or modify your equipment in any necessary way at no cost to you. You can be sure the system we place in your home will be the right size, installed correctly and set up for ongoing comfort success.
